• Full-Custom Monthly Training Program ($400/ month with an initial set-up fee of $250) — A custom program provides elite-level monitoring and interaction for road, endurance and sprint track, cyclocross and cross-country mountain bike. Monthly programs are designed by working backwards from key objectives utilizing frequent power data testing and analysis and prescribe all on-bike training, off-bike gym work and stretching as well as detailed warm-up protocols and race preparation. Weekly adjustments are made though either phone or email and are based on both objective data and subjective response to the training load—ensuring that the program is optimized to serve the rider. As part of a full-custom program,  James will also supervise key elements of a rider's training for up to two hours a month—from the selection of equipment, to the in-person supervision of critical work-outs. Initial set-up includes the establishment of yearly goals, testing in order to set power/ heart rate zones, and a basic evaluation of fit on all bicycles. Simply put, no stone will be left unturned as we work together to examine and strengthen every aspect of your cycling.
